The staff was amazing! I accidentally left my phone when I was coming from the airport. I asked for help from the night staff member, who is a bit older. He went above and beyond—he called all his connections, helped me get back to the airport, talked to the security, explained the situation, and we even checked the CCTV. In the end, I got my phone back, which was pretty crazy!

Location is very central. Aylin was very helpful at breakfast each morning. The room was spacious and clean. It was cleaned everyday and they provided us with water and fresh towels daily. The accomadation is affordable and this makes up for the fact it’s next to a nightclub which can be noisy.

The room was equipped with everything we needed, bathroom essentials, water heater and others. Everyday the cleaning lady would come to clean the room and bring fresh towels. The breakfast was enough to begin the day and Aylin was great! The location of the hotel turned out to be very good, as it was close to anything you could need, such as ATMs, grocery stores, restaurants and so on.

Location is ideal. Just 4 minutes walk to Istaklal Street. The staff was very cooperative especially Ahmed who helped us in every problem we faced since this was our first visit. Aleyn (Chef) was very kind and served us with our required breakfast.

I love the breakfast of Aylin! She says every day goodmorning and is very friendly. The rooms are clean (thankyou Rayhan) and the staff was very nice (thankyou Emre). Thankyou for everything. I really recommed this hotel.
