Dispite the staff not speaking English, they make the effort to comunicate with you. They’re all lovely and kind. Really great staff!

The staff was amazing! I accidentally left my phone when I was coming from the airport. I asked for help from the night staff member, who is a bit older. He went above and beyond—he called all his connections, helped me get back to the airport, talked to the security, explained the situation, and we even checked the CCTV. In the end, I got my phone back, which was pretty crazy!

Location is very central. Aylin was very helpful at breakfast each morning. The room was spacious and clean. It was cleaned everyday and they provided us with water and fresh towels daily. The accomadation is affordable and this makes up for the fact it’s next to a nightclub which can be noisy.

Fantastic hotel. Extremely stylish and comfortable. A real boutique feel. Very well appointed. In a great position for local colour and attractions. Staff are very helpful (with the aid of google-translate)

Location is ideal. Just 4 minutes walk to Istaklal Street. The staff was very cooperative especially Ahmed who helped us in every problem we faced since this was our first visit. Aleyn (Chef) was very kind and served us with our required breakfast.
